Anni-Frid Lyngstad

Anni-Frid Synni Lyngstad was born in Narvik, Norway on November 15, 1945. Around the end of WW2, her mother( Synni Lyngstad ) took her family to Torshalla, Sweden to escape the post-war retributions dished out to " collaborators ". When Anni-Frid was only 2 yrs. old, her mother died. Soon after, her grandmother became responsible for taking care of her. In 1957, at the age of 13, she started her show business. Which was at a Red Cross charity event. When she was 15, she met/ soon after married Ragnar Fredriksson. She shortly became pregnant with her first son, Hans. Which at the time she was only 16 yrs. old. The next child she had with him was her daughter Liselotte. Since she wasn't going to give up her career, they got a divorce. Anni-Frid ended up leaving her children with him & sadly also leaving her grandmother as well. Soon after she moved to Stockholm she met her second husband Benny Andersson, for which they soon became romantically involved. Sometime after they'd met Bjorn and Agnetha, all four soon became the world famous group ABBA. In 1981, Benny and Anni-Frid divorced after being a couple for around 12 yrs. Her last husband Ruzzo Reuss died in 1999 after being married to her for 7 years. Her daughter Liselotte died in a car crash in 1997. Her only grandson is Jonathan. She now lives in Frilbourg, Sweden.
